DOMAINE CARRETTE

Domaine Carrette was born from the collaboration between Nathalie and Hervé, both driven by the same high standards and the same respect for wine.

Hervé and Nathalie Carrette join forces every day: he in the vineyard, she in the cellar.

This complementary duo accompanies every stage, from working the soil to the final blending, to create sincere, balanced and precise wines.

Their collaboration gives the estate a unique energy, where rigor and intuition interact throughout the seasons. The 17 hectares of vineyards are scattered between Vergisson and 5 other surrounding villages.

Hervé is responsible for the vineyard, which requires constant care throughout the year: pruning, uprooting and replacing dead vines, managing weeds and pests, canopy management, organizing the harvest… Because the quality of the grapes is the most obvious condition for producing great wines.

A trained oenologist, Nathalie oversees the wines at every stage, from vinification to aging, blending and bottling.

Domaine Carrette produces expressive white wines, faithful to their terroir, to life and to the rhythm of the seasons.

DOMAINE CARRETTE BOURGOGNE ALIGOTE “no added sulfites” 2025

L’Aligoté from Domaine Carrette, produced without added sulfites, comes from a vineyard located in Chasselas, on the border between the vineyards of Burgundy and Beaujolais. This wine showcases the purity of the Aligoté grape, the second great white grape variety of Burgundy.

Vinified, aged and bottled without added sulfites, this Aligoté from Domaine Carrette offers an authentic and vibrant expression of its terroir. The stony, clay-sandy soils provide tension and minerality, while preserving a beautiful natural freshness.

DOMAINE CARRETTE BOURGOGNE ALIGOTE “no added sulfites” 2025. Generally, these wines reveal aromas of fresh fruit, green apple and iodine notes, with a light, dynamic and precise palate, ideal for pairing with seafood or raw fish.

Each vintage expresses the nuances of the terroir and the climatic conditions of the year.

Each vintage is the culmination of carefully passed-down knowledge, deep respect for living things and a sincere attachment to the land.
