CHAMPAGNE Tanneux Mahy La Roche d’Aunis Blanc de Noirs
TANNEUX MAHY
The history of Champagne Tanneux-Mahy is first and foremost a human story, where each individual contributes their own stone to the estate. From father to son, our pleasure lies in sharing our expertise with champagne lovers.
Maurice Tanneux was the first in the family to harvest his grapes, transform them into champagne, and share them with a discerning clientele.
André Tanneux and his wife Micheline Mahy managed the farm. Together they created Champagne Tanneux-Mahy, expanded the harvest area, and, amidst a turbulent period, participated in the creation of the Mardeuil cooperative.
Setting an example with the Champagne Tanneux-Mahy vineyards, they were awarded the diploma for the most beautiful vineyard garden in 1953, 1954, and 1955, and were classified as standouts in 1956.
LA ROCHE D’AUNIS BLANC DE NOIRS
Dosage: 10 g
Tasting notes: This is a balanced, round champagne dominated by fruit. This Blanc de Noirs has a sharp point where white peach emerges, followed by a dense and fleshy evolution… finishing on spicy notes due to the barrel vinification (30%).
Serving suggestions: 30 minutes in an ice bucket and you are ready to go!!
