Champagne Carte Blanche Brut Tanneux-Mahy
Blend: 85% Pinot Meunier 15% Pinot Noir. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel. The wine is made using the malolactic fermentation. From 15 to 18 months of living on the yeast and 3 months of rest after disgorgement. Dosage 8.70 g.
The nose scents trends are fresh fruits like peaches .. notes of minerality.
To taste as an aperitif, accompanied by cheeses like Mariolle, fresh goat cheese or soft dough. Its fruity and bright sides make it particularly suitable for food (after coffee).
