Tasting Note
The Barolo Gaja Sperss is characterized by an intense garnet red color.
On the nose it is perceived an excellent component of ripe fruit, of cherries in alcohol, of dried red flowers, and sweet spices.
In the mouth it shows a fullness of body, with a dense texture and a long finish with a pleasantly fruity persistence
Pairings
It goes perfectly with roasts, red meats and aged cheeses, serving it at an ideal temperature of 18 degrees.
