This amazing champagne is made by a small Premier Cru and Grand Cru grower in the prime village of Dizy just outside Epernay.

The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels. It is vinified like a great wine. A very good deal for such quality.
