Rossj Bass GAJA chardonnay 2018

This wine is produced from grapes grown in several estate-owned vineyards. The Rossj vineyard, planted in 1984, is named for Angelo Gaja’s younger daughter Rossana, (Rossj).

Pheasants are featured on Rossj-Bass’ label to commemorate the beautiful birds that inhabit the forests adjacent to GAJA’s vineyards.

Color: Golden color

Aroma: Fine perfume of citrus fruits and flowers with a hint of honey.

Taste: Considerable depth. Elegant body, definite character and good acidity; a fresh, lingering finish.

The Chardonnay Rossy Bass is an elegant white wine.

Thanks to his aging in barriques, this wine has a good capacity of conservation. This wine has a typical straw yellow colour and typical smells of white flowers and citrus fruits. It’s fresh and

persistent, whit a good structure. It is perfect if drunk whit fish platters, shellfish, vegetables and foie gras.
