This amazing champagne is made by a small Premier Cru and Grand Cru grower in the prime village of Dizy just outside Epernay.

CHAMPAGNE ROSÉE PREMIER CRU

This Premier Cru has a fuller pink color than other rosé champagnes but presents a nice freshness on the palate. Perfect with seafood and various lighter meat dishes or just as delicious as a fresh and fruity glass of champagne.

-Vinification and ageing-

Vinification in used fût de chêne; 18 months on the lees. 

-Tasting notes-

• Colour: bright cherry pink
• Perlage: fine and persistent
• Bouquet: fruity notes of strawberry and small red fruits.
• Taste: of great freshness and delicacy, final of good sapidity and persistence.
