Vinification in used oak barrels; 60 months on the lees.

- Color: brilliant yellow
- Perlage: fine and persistent
- Nose: fruity notes on the nose; mineral hints of great finesse and elegant toasted notes.
- Palate: consistent, full-bodied with beautiful acidity, great sapidity that almost stops salivation, and a long finish.
