Independant Champagne grower. Our estate was founded in 1973.

Buxières sur Arce, small peaceful village where vines grow on South facing hill-sides.
This is where “our Nectar” is born… Le Champagne Jacques ROBIN, FAamily estate.

Today, wishing to protect the environment, we do not use intensive methods for our vineyards. We recuperate used waters to recycle, limit the use of chemical polluants. We do not have the label “orgaic culture” wines but we follow their ethics.

CHAMPAGNE RUBIS ROSÉ

This champagne is revealed in a beautiful light coral coat. A pretty effervescence adorns it with pretty sparkling rubies.

The nose is delicious on small red fruits, slightly jammy, strawberries go well with raspberries and bilberries. A few notes of vanilla and sweet spices bring complexity to the air.

The gluttony continues with a fleshy palate on raspberry, grenadine, red currant and blood peach. The finish is thirst-quenching with a pleasant blend of blood orange, Burlat cherry and gooseberry.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif for its delicacy but also on a tart with a quail with raisins or with a parsley ham.
