History

An ancient wine cellar, always family and direct production run. Founded in 1870 by Battista Rinaldi, trusted grower of some vineyards of Marchesi di Barolo Falletti Feudo (Marchesi di Barolo) it became over time farmer owner. Selling initially produced grapes to other wineries, later, with the great help of his son Joseph began to make wine and bottle. Today, the same old tradition, now in the fifth generation, continues with Giuseppe Rinaldi producendoi own wines from the best vineyards in Barolo Brunate, Le Coste, Cannubi San Lorenzo Ravera.

Production

The work done in the vineyard like the one carried out in the cellar, follow the letter of the ancient tradition of the Langa and follows the contours of the characteristics of the vines. In the cellar occur long maceration on the skins in wooden vats and follows for a refinement of about 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
