BROVIA Barolo 2016
BROVIA
The Brovia company was founded in 1863 in Castiglione Falletto in Piedmont.
A meticulous philosophy based on respect for their terroir gives the wines a great personality.
Elena and Cristina have inherited the work of over 60 harvests by the father Giacinto, who died in 2017.
Vinification and aging take place without invasive technological interventions that can change the natural expression of all grapes.
DOLCETTO D’ALBA VIGNAVILLEJ
The Dolcetto d’Alba Vignavillej of Brovia is produced with grapes that comes from Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d’Alba.
-Tasting notes-
- Color: this is a ruby red wine with violet reflexes;
- The aroma is intense and complex, with cherry, blackberry and currant notes.
- The taste is dry and harmonic, with a good acidity and structure. This Dolcetto d’Alba Vignavillej has a lightly aftertaste nut brittle that is typical of this kind of wine.
- It’s perfect if drunk with piedmonteese entrée, cured meats, risotto and traditional Langa cheeses.
