Champagne is produced organically and biodynamically.
In fact, the vines are treated thanks to herbal and mineral preparations, while the cultivation of the land and the cleaning of the edges are carried out by horses and mules
The cellars and the winery have the ideal conditions to produce great wines in optimal conditions and thus reduce energy consumption.
The vines of the estate produce mainly Chardonnay; Pinot Nero and Pinot Meuniers are grown on other slopes to obtain atypical mixtures. The vintages are aged in oak barrels and remain on the yeast for at least 30 months, while the chef de caves of the castle oversees the maturation almost “religiously”.
The result gives these champagnes exceptional quality and an aromatic and refined taste. Bubbles from true fans!
