LA CHABLISIENNE
Founded in 1923 in Burgundy, La Chablisienne is the largest producer of Chablis wines and one of the most famous cooperative wineries in France.
The associated winemakers are rigorously selected and are true partners of La Chablisienne. To craft its unique style, La Chablisienne uses the grapes in the form of must, once pressed by the associated winemakers. This decision allows for complete control over the entire winemaking process.
The diversity of La Chablisienne’s vineyards allows for the exploration of all the specificities of Chablis’ exceptional Kimmeridgian limestone soil.
From Chablis Petit Village to Chablis Village, through Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, La Chablisienne wines reveal all the nuances of the terroir and the minerality of Chablis.
Among the most famous cuvées, those from Château Grenouille are among the great white wines of Chablis.
The La Chablisienne boasts a total of 1,200 hectares of vineyards, located on both banks of the Serein River and reserved exclusively for Chardonnay, a noble grape that has shaped the history of the Chablis region.
