BARBARESCO 2021
- Grapes sourced from vineyards in the Barbaresco area, planted on calcareous-clay soils. Traditional vineyard management ensures balance, elegance and varietal purity.
- Vinification & Ageing
Traditional fermentation in stainless steel with skin contact. - Aged in large oak casks for about 18 months, followed by bottle ageing before release.
- Tasting Notes
Bright garnet red. Aromas of dried rose, cherry and red berries, with subtle spice and earthy nuances.On the palate it is elegant, well-balanced and refined, with silky tannins and a long finish.

Ideal with red meats, roasts, braised dishes, rich pasta courses and aged cheeses. - Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
