-Vinification and ageing-
Vinification in used fût de chêne; 60 months on the lees.

- Colour: bright yellow
- Perlage: fine and persistent
- Bouquet: fruity notes are appreciated on the nose; mineral hints of great finesse and elegant toasted notes.
- Taste: consistent, full-bodied and with a nice acidity, great flavor that almost blocks salivation and long persistence.
