Founded in 1923 in Burgundy, La Chablisienne is the largest producer of Chablis wines and one of the most famous cooperative wineries in France.
The associated winemakers are rigorously chosen and are true partners of Chablisienne. To shape its unique style, La Chablisienne uses grapes in the form of musts, once pressed by associated winemakers. This decision allows you to control the entire vinification process.
In pure tradition, the company’s Chablis are vinified in steel containers to enhance the freshest varietal, fruity, floral and vegetal notes. And above all the purity of that particular mineral accent that recalls the flint typical of clay-limestone soils.
The diversity of the Chablisienne vineyards allows you to explore all the specificities of the exceptional Kimmeridgian limestone soil of Chablis.
From Chablis Petit Village to Chablis Village, passing through Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru, the wines of Chablisienne reveal all the nuances of the terroirs and minerality of Chablis.
Among the most famous cuvées, those of Château Grenouille are among the great white wines of Chablis.
The cooperative La Chablisienne has a total of 1,200 hectares of vineyards, located on both banks of the Serein river and reserved exclusively for Chardonnay, a noble grape variety that has written the history of the Chablis area.

All the labels of La Chablisienne express the essence of the Chablis area, with strong marine mineral sensations always accompanied by a vibrant freshness. Another characteristic feature is the extraordinary longevity of these wines, particularly surprising in the Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
-Tasting notes-
Colour: beautiful straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections.
Perfume: expresses a very fresh, lively and mineral nose; we find flint, apple and pineapple; white plum and grapefruit.
Taste: on the palate, its aromas maintain their freshness for a long time. Long and happy persistence up to a sweet and serene gravity. Very fresh, sometimes sharp in the first years, the chablis reaches a perfect balance after a fair amount of evolution.
