BAROLO RISERVA PERNO

Barolo Riserva Perno Elio Sandri 2016 is a 100% Nebbiolo planted on a medium slope (like the Grand Cru vineyards of Burgundy) in the MGA Perno area on a lot facing south-west of the hill.

Cultivated like Barolo but with older vines and lower yields.

It is fermented in ancient wooden barrels and then aged 4 years in a smaller barrel, the Riserva has a greater aging potential with a deeper structure. It is not filtered.

Contiene solfiti
