LANGHE NEBBIOLO

The “Langhe” derives from a harvest choice made by those who vinify this type of grape. Among our vineyards, the one we have destined to the Nebbiolo grape which will become “Langhe Nebbiolo” is located on the East side.

This Langhe Nebbiolo has no less than 13 °.
The color, initially ruby red, evolves into a garnet hue over the course of a year.

The first 8 months it is refined in large oak barrels. At least another 4 months rests in the bottle, where remarkable floral aromas such as violet and iris are formed.
