BARBERA D’ASTI CA’ DI PIAN
The Barbera Ca’ di Pian is a fresh and full-bodied expression of Piedmont, aged in second-passage barriques for one year. The olfactory profile is composed of fruity, floral and toasted tones. The taste is tasty and full, marked by a decisive and pleasant freshness.
Colour: Red ruby with garnet shadows
Scent: Scents of blueberry, violet, underbrush, coffe and eucalyptus
Taste: Fresh, structured, intense and fluency
Vinification: The malolactic fermentation takes place in wood entirely in new French roast medium-toasted barriques for 12 months.
Aging: Entire in barriques new French of medium toasting for 12 months. After l’ sharpening the wine comes transferred in bathtubs d’ steel for approximately 6 months and then bottled, follows a sharpening in bottle of 12 months
