DANIEL LECLERC Champagne Brut Tradition
The Cellar
The Daniel Leclerc maison is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the farm extends over almost 7.5 hectares in the Ferme de la Maison Rouge estate, surrounded by the region’s vineyards.
Family winery in the Côte des Bars for over 40 years. Daniel is supported by his wife Eliane and the couple’s two children.
The total cultivated hectares of vineyards owned are approximately 7.50 divided into different parcels in the surroundings of Polisot, a village in Barséquanais, a microcosm of the Côte des Bars.
For more than 35 years, the company has been developing its vineyards to offer authentic champagne, available in five ranges, ranging from vintage brut champagne to rosé champagne.
The know-how and respect for winemaking traditions, combined with modern techniques and materials, allow us to obtain cuvées that are as different as they are surprising and subtle.
From the vineyard to the cellar, the production of champagne takes place respecting the Champagne terroir.
The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel. Winemaking is carried out using malolactic fermentation. 24 months on the lees.
Daniel Leclerc Champagnes mature for more than 15 months in the cellar before being marketed, a guarantee of quality and essential respect for the Champagne denomination.
