MARCALBERTO
This unique Piedmontese maison, entirely dedicated to producing Traditional Method sparkling wines, is run by Marco and Alberto Cane under the invaluable supervision of their father Piero, a renowned sparkling wine expert with many years of experience.
The winery’s vineyards are located within the comunes of Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso and are mostly planted with Pinot Nero, with some Chardonnay.
The stylistic profile of the wines is designed to enhance and offer the best expression of the characteristics of the terroir, which is highly suited to this type of wine and has considerable personality.
PINOT NERO LAVORARE STANCA
After destemming and partial pressing, cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration, with a part of stalks, takes place in steel for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature (approx. 26 ° C). Racking and malolactic fermentation in wood.

- Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections;
- Aromas: delicate ranging from fruit to spices;
- Taste: in the mouth it is soft and savory with tannins present that suggest a great aging potential.
