Champagne Fut de Chene Tanneux-Mahy
Harmonic assembly of the three varieties typical Champenois. A portion of the must is fermented in oak barrels (pièce of 200 liters) and a part in foudre 1500 liter. Living room of the Cuvée in foudre for a few months. From 18 to 24 months of living on the yeast and 3 months of rest after disgorgement. The bottles produced by this Cuvée is 3.000. Dosage 9 gr.
This champagne is made exclusively from wines “fermented” without malolactic fermentation in barrels, which exacerbate the freshness and flavors of vanilla and toast.
The nose is elegant, with wonderful aromas.
In the mouth fresh, large and complex after a while you perceive very discreetly woody notes.
Serving suggestion: Perfect with oysters. Try it with a duck breast.
