Over time, Alda, Fabio, and Elisa Fantino have joined the two founders, taking on various roles; Noemi and Matteo Conterno are set to follow suit. In addition, the estate employs about ten full-time staff members.<\/p>\n<p>CONTERNO FANTINO Barolo Castelletto Vigna Pressenda 2019. Environmental sustainability, the preservation of biodiversity, and respect for the land and its heritage serve as the guiding principles for the management of the vineyards, which are cultivated entirely according to organic farming practices (certified by CCPB).
