Over time, Alda, Fabio, and Elisa Fantino have joined the two founders, each taking on specific roles; soon, Noemi and Matteo Conterno will also join the team. Additionally, the estate employs about ten full-time staff members.<\/p>\n<p>Environmental sustainability, the preservation of biodiversity, and respect for the land and its heritage serve as the guiding principles for managing the vineyards, which are farmed entirely according to organic practices (certified by CCPB).
