Balanced and high-class on the palate, with superb tannic finesse, it has a perfect <strong>acid-savory proportion<\/strong> and an endless finish; to be appreciated in its youth, yet with a <strong>structure built for very long aging.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>History recognizes a higher value for grapes from this Estate compared to other plots; the reason lies in the particular vocation of these vineyards to yield balanced and perfect grapes every year, capable of delivering a Barbaresco that perfectly matches the characteristics of elegance and harmony this wine must possess.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"brand__banner__content--title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.podericolla.it\/\">Poderi Colla<\/a><\/h2>\n<div class=\"brand__banner__content--paragraphs first-paragraph\">\n<p>The history of the Colla family is deeply intertwined with that of wine in Piedmont. Starting from documents in the early 1700s when they sold &#8220;bottelli di rosatello&#8221; and &#8220;brente di vino Negro&#8221; <strong>in Santo Stefano Belbo,<\/strong> to more recent times with Beppe Colla, who in 1956 took over the Prunotto company in Alba and transformed it into a brand synonymous with <strong>great quality, famous worldwide.<\/strong> An exceptional palate and a sharp, innovative mind, he not only experimented and produced exceptional wines but also dedicated himself to the region in various ways with a spirit of devotion. In 1961, he was the first in Langa to vinify grapes from the best positions separately, indicating the name of the production area on the label, thus introducing the <strong>concept of the cru<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Tasting Notes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> PODERI COLLA Tenuta Roncaglia Barbaresco Roncaglie 2021. Deep garnet red, with exuberant and complex aromas of blackberries, spices, undergrowth, dog rose, and violet.
