Among the most important names in the Barbaresco world over the last twenty years, Ca&#8217; del Baio is now a solid reality that, in addition to being able to count on highly prestigious vineyards within the appellation, has had the foresight to look beyond its borders to grow even further. In Barbaresco are the Asili and Pora vineyards, while in Treiso are located Vallegrande, Marcarini and Ferrere: quality seems almost a natural consequence of their value, their variety and low yields. But Giulio and his daughters add the ability to experiment with judgment.   <\/p>\n<p>The partial maceration on the stems of the super cru Asili provides, for example, a surplus of freshness to a wine that becomes difficult to resist.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/?s=ASILI&amp;post_type=product\">Asili<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>Asili is a Menzione located in the municipality of Barbaresco, with a medium extension and varying altitudes ranging between 210 and 290 m above sea level.<\/p>\n<p>The delimitation has identified its location all around the hill of the same name and therefore can count on various exposures more or less suitable for viticulture.
