In 2004, after the death of Guy Brunot, his wife Bernadette takes over the lead of the company assisted by her daughter Nathalie.<\/p>\n
In 2010 Bernadette retires and confides in Nathalie the lead of the company who is assisted by his German partner Achim.<\/p>\n
Over the years the company managed\u00a0to retain traditional production methods such as the riddling of the bottles and the disgorging \u201c\u00e0 la vol\u00e9e\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nathalie and Achim continue the development of the company by increasing sales in France, Europe and overseas and by producing grapes in an environmental friendly way in order to respect land and nature.<\/p>\n
This is a blending of 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 34% Chardonnay grapes.<\/p>\n
It is a very elegant cuv\u00e9e with red fruit aromas. MILLESIME 2012<\/p>\n

Blend of the three grape varieties which matured ten years in contact with the yeast in cellars.<\/p>\n
This long maturation gives the champagne a very smooth and round taste. It develops aromas of candied fruits and light honey flavours. Due to its long maturation it is a very rare Champagne and we produce only 300 bottles per year.<\/p>\n
