Champagne Claude PERRARD was born from a passion passed down from father to son since 1911. Since then, several generations of champagne winemakers have followed one another. Today, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric and Jean-Pierre PERRARD continue this tradition.<\/p>\n

Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Blanc De Noirs contains 100% Pinot Noir.<\/p>\n

You will appreciate the Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Blanc De Noirs for its maturity, its power and its freshness; \u00a0its \u00a0yellow color with a hint of gold which reveals aromas of candied citrus fruits and exotic fruits. We also find spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Blanc De Noirs is perfect as an aperitif with with any type of appetizers.
\nIt also pairs well with marinated fish and white meats.<\/p>\n

Note that the oceanic and continental climate is beneficial for AOC Champagne vineyard plots. The average annual temperature in Rouvres-les-Vignes where the company is based is 11\u00b0C and rainfall is 650 mm per year. Also, Perrard vines benefit from the best sun exposure (south\/southeast). The ripening of the grapes is adapted to the freshness of Champagnes. Finally, the clay-limestone soil adds the typicality of this terroir to local grape varieties. It transmits to the wines all their roundness and character.<\/p>\n
