Champagne Claude PERRARD was born from a passion passed down from father to son since 1911. Since then, several generations of champagne winemakers producing \u201cstill wine\u201d have followed one another. Today, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric and Jean-Pierre PERRARD continue this tradition.<\/p>\n

Champagne Claude PERRARD thus remains the witness of an extraordinary terroir with wines of character, with beautiful roundness and complex aromas.<\/p>\n

They mainly grow and blend Pinot Noir but also Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.<\/p>\n

The family supports sustainable viticulture in order to obtain exceptional products and with great pleasure they will welcome you to the property to taste their Champagnes.<\/p>\n

A blend of 3 grape varieties makes up Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Tradition. It therefore contains 69% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay.<\/p>\n

These vine percentages were selected and blended to create an interesting balance.<\/p>\n

You will appreciate the Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Tradition for its maturity, its power and its lightness; \u00a0its slightly amber color, its powerful nose which reveals aromas of dried fruits, citrus, touches of dried apricot and quince.<\/p>\n

Champagne Claude PERRARD Brut Tradition is perfect as an aperitif with cheese goug\u00e8res. It can also be served as a starter with a ham pastry.
\nIt also pairs well with poultry or beef fillet in sauce.<\/p>\n

Note that the oceanic and continental climate is beneficial for AOC Champagne vineyard plots. The average annual temperature in Rouvres-les-Vignes where the company is based is 11\u00b0C and rainfall is 650 mm per year. Also, Perrard vines benefit from the best sun exposure (south\/southeast). The ripening of the grapes is adapted to the freshness of Champagnes. Finally, the clay-limestone soil adds the typicality of this terroir to local grape varieties. It transmits to the wines all their roundness and character.<\/p>\n

The Perrard family also brings its own personal touch to Champagne Tradition . It’s a recipe that they’ve passed down through the family for generations.<\/p>\n
