In the 1960s he purchased some vineyard plots in Pommard and developed direct bottle sales.<\/p>\n<p>In 1986, his daughter Sylvie BOURGOGNE-DEVAUX took over the estate but sold the grape production to third parties. In 2012, under the guidance of his two sons, Fabrice and Luc, the Bourgogne Hautes C\u00f4tes de Beaune was vinified, thus rediscovering the satisfaction of sharing the family passion for wine.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, in addition to the Bourgogne Hautes C\u00f4tes de Beaune, part of the Pommard grapes were vinified: thus the cuv\u00e9e \u201cLes Vignots\u201d was born.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014 the entire harvest was vinified on the farm.<\/p>\n<p>The estate currently manages 4.10 hectares of land (3.42 hectares of Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Rouge and 0.68 hectares of Pommard).<\/p>\n<h2>BOURGOGNE HAUTES COTES DE BEAUNE VINO ROSSO LIEU-DIT &#8220;EN PUSSEY&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Surface area: 1ha17<br \/>\nNumber of bottles produced: approximately 9000 bottles\/year<br \/>\nExposure: south, altitude approximately 300 m.<br \/>\nSlope: 3 to 5%<br \/>\nSoil type: clayey in depth, marly and gravelly on the surface<br \/>\nTasting characteristics: the wines of this plot are characterized by a predominance of very ripe red fruits and powerful tannins.<br \/>\nServing temperature: 15-16\u00b0C; it is advisable to decant to amplify its aromatic expression.<\/p>\n<h3>-Tasting notes-<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Colour:<\/strong> ruby color with purplish reflections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nose:<\/strong> delicate but precise nose, fresh and delicious, note of red fruits and black fruits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Palate:<\/strong> notes of cherries but with mild spices, the attack is lively but round with supple tannins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DOMAINE BOURGOGNE DEVAUX Bourgogne Rouge Hautes C\u00f4tes de Beaune Pussey 2021 DOMAINE BOURGOGNE DEVAUX In 1899, Th\u00e9odore DEVAUX, built the first buildings on the estate.
