{"id":20173,"date":"2019-06-21T11:15:34","date_gmt":"2019-06-21T09:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=20173"},"modified":"2021-04-01T15:44:15","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T13:44:15","slug":"marcalberto-brut-sansannee-classic-method","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/en\/product\/marcalberto-brut-sansannee-classic-method\/","title":{"rendered":"MARCALBERTO Brut Sansann\u00e9e Classic Method"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/en\/?filter_producer=marcalberto-en&amp;s=MARCALBERTO&amp;post_type=product\">MARCALBERTO\u00a0<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>This unique Piedmontese maison, entirely dedicated to producing\u00a0<strong>Traditional Method sparkling wines<\/strong>, is run by\u00a0<strong>Marco and Alberto Cane<\/strong>\u00a0under the invaluable supervision of their father Piero, a renowned sparkling wine expert with many years of experience.<\/p>\n<p>The winery\u2019s vineyards are located within the comunes of Santo Stefano Belbo and Calosso and are mostly planted with Pinot Nero, with some Chardonnay.<\/p>\n<p>The stylistic profile of the wines is designed to enhance and offer\u00a0the best expression of the characteristics of the terroir, which is highly suited to this type of wine and has considerable personality.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/en\/?s=SPUMANTE&amp;post_type=product\">SPUMANTE<\/a> BRUT CLASSIC METHOD<\/h2>\n<p>The wine made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards at medium \/high altitude hillsides, is fermented in second year French oak barrels . The wine undergoes a \u201cbattonage\u201d process ( stirring ) for the initial 4 months and it is then naturally cleared for another two months . Its cleanness is simply obtained through a natural static decanting, it is never filtered nor clarified. Ageing on the lees ( for at least 24 months ) takes place in our cellars, in our family estate of 1850\u2032s, where changes in temperature are slow and follow the natural course of the seasons.<\/p>\n<h3>-Tasting notes-<\/h3>\n<p>Delicate and persistent perlage, bright straw-yellow colour with exceptional golden highlights. Intense bouquet, with notes of brioche and vanilla.
