Our house was founded in 1947 in the village of Monthelon, 6 km away from the capital of Champagne, Epernay. Our vineyard is located in the Coteaux Sud of Epernay for our red grapes pinot meunier and pinot noir (in the villages of Monthelon, Mancy and Moussy) and in the Cote des Blancs for the Chardonnay (Chouilly, Cuis and Grauves villages). We grow our vines in the respect of traditions, combined with a modern system against diseases to protect the environment.<\/p>\n
The nose can distinguish notes: melted butter, grapefruit and apple.<\/p>\n
After a few minutes, minerality and notes of mushrooms, coffee, “burned” will provide the complexity and breed. Lemon yellow color with green highlights is intense and announces a mature wine. Bubble calm and composed of fine bubbles that feed a small white cord.<\/p>\n
