Our house was founded in 1947 in the village of Monthelon, 6 km away from the capital of Champagne, Epernay. Our vineyard is located in the Coteaux Sud of Epernay for our red grapes pinot meunier and pinot noir (in the villages of Monthelon, Mancy and Moussy) and in the Cote des Blancs for the Chardonnay (Chouilly, Cuis and Grauves villages). We grow our vines in the respect of traditions, combined with a modern system against diseases to protect the environment.<\/p>\n
This wine has a beautiful golden yellow color with green hues that evokes the youth and the presence of a large percentage of white grapes in the blend. Very fine bubbles. Shining in the complex, dynamic and lively.<\/p>\n
The first olfactory impression is maintained. Impressions of lemon, apple and white pepper emerge silently. Then, after a few seconds you perceive white flowers (jasmine), fresh almonds.<\/p>\n
The palate is soft and round.<\/p>\n
