The Barolo Gaja Sperss is characterized by an intense garnet red color.<\/p>\n

On the nose it is perceived an excellent component of ripe fruit, of cherries in alcohol, of dried red flowers, and sweet spices.<\/p>\n

In the mouth it shows a fullness of body, with a dense texture and a long finish with a pleasantly fruity persistence<\/p>\n

Pairings<\/h4>\n

It goes perfectly with roasts, red meats and aged cheeses, serving it at an ideal temperature of 18 degrees.<\/p>\n
