Champagne Brunot family production of Champagne in Dizy, a charming village located 4 km from Epernay in the Marne, in the heart of Champagne.<\/p>\n
A family estate founded in 1957, now in its third generation. The vineyards are located in Dizy, 4 hectares of vineyards classified as “premier cru” featuring the three grape varieties authorized for champagne production (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay). <\/p>\n
All stages of cultivation, harvest and vinification are carried out by the Brunot family, which is reflected in the quality of their cuv\u00e9es. For Brunot, it is indeed very important to preserve traditional working methods; in fact, all bottles still undergo riddling and disgorgement by hand! <\/p>\n
Production is approximately 20,000 bottles per year, everything therefore focused first and foremost on quality rather than quantity. This, combined with a moderate price, allows us to serve a very loyal clientele. <\/p>\n
This is a blend of white and red wine, both from our production. It is a very elegant cuv\u00e9e with red fruit aromas <\/p>\n
