Barolo DOCG Poderi e Cantine Oddero 2015<\/h1>\n

Rigorous manual selection of grapes in the\u00a0vineyard. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 20\u00a0days at a controlled temperature of 28-29\u02daC, followed by malolactic fermentation. The grapes from the two vineyards are\u00a0kept separate throughout the process.
\nMaturing: The wines coming from the different vineyards are\u00a0aged separately in 40, 60 and 75 \u2013hectoliter Slavonian and\u00a0Austrian oak barrels for 30 months.<\/p>\n

The wines are blended in the spring, then bottled at the end of the summer and aged inthe bottle for another 6 months before release on the market.<\/p>\n

Brilliant garnet-red color, with\u00a0warmer tinges developing over time. Unmistakeable bouquet,\u00a0very pleasant, intense yet ethereal, very persistent, at times\u00a0spiced, with aromas of truffles, liquorice and dried flowers.<\/p>\n

Drytaste, with important, full tannins.<\/p>\n
