Ungef\u00e4hr 27\/28 Grad Babo wurden erreicht (ungef\u00e4hr 300 Gramm Zucker pro Liter). Nach einer G\u00e4rung von f\u00fcnfundf\u00fcnfzig Tagen mit h\u00e4ufiger Umwendung, wurde der Wein abgestochen und f\u00fcr zehnTage in Stahlbecken umgef\u00fcllt.<br \/>\nDanach wurde der Wein nochmals umgef\u00fcllt, diesmal in neue Eichholz F\u00e4sser von Slawonien und Frankreich, die 12 bis 25 Hektoliter enthalten, und mit einem Zuckerr\u00fcckstand von 40 Gramm pro Liter. Der Wein blieb dann sechsunddrei\u00dfig Monate lang in diesen F\u00e4ssern auf seiner eigenen Weinhefe um die G\u00e4rung zu beenden.
