Auf der Suche nach den \u201eCrus\u201c \u2013 eine geniale Intuition
\nDas Ziel der beiden Br\u00fcder Bruno und Marcello Ceretto war es, Weinberge in historisch besonders wertvollen Lagen auszuw\u00e4hlen. Diese Idee, die aus einer Reise ins Burgund hervorging, sollte sich f\u00fcr die Familie als goldrichtig erweisen und die Weine Barolo und Barbaresco zu den weltweit gesch\u00e4tztesten machen.<\/p>\n

Damals war dies eine Revolution \u2013 in einem Gebiet, in dem das Konzept des \u201eCru\u201c v\u00f6llig unbekannt war \u2013, vor allem aber war es eine geniale Intuition. Ein echter Kampf, den sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Vater Riccardo f\u00fchrten; er pflegte Trauben zuzukaufen, um sie anschlie\u00dfend zu Wein zu verarbeiten.<\/p>\n

\u201eIhr begebt euch auf einen schwierigen Weg; das Land hat noch niemandem Reichtum beschert\u201c, wandte Riccardo ein. Doch die hartn\u00e4ckigen Br\u00fcder Bruno und Marcello lie\u00dfen sich nicht beirren: \u201eWir setzen zu hundert Prozent auf das Land. Der Weinkeller spielt nat\u00fcrlich auch eine gewisse Rolle, aber gro\u00dfe Weine entstehen in erster Linie durch die Trauben.\u201c<\/p>\n

CERETTO Barolo Brunate 2017. Im Jahr 1986 widmete *The Wine Spectator* \u2013 wom\u00f6glich das einflussreichste amerikanische Weinmagazin \u2013 den beiden Br\u00fcdern aus der Langhe das Titelblatt und nannte sie die \u201eBarolo Brothers\u201c.<\/p>\n

Vor Kurzem hat das Weingut eine wegweisende Entscheidung getroffen: den vollst\u00e4ndigen Verzicht auf chemische Mittel, um einen m\u00f6glichst naturbelassenen Wein zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Die Philosophie \u2013<\/h3>\n

CERETTO Barolo Brunate 2017. Zwischen den Gemeinden La Morra und Barolo erstreckt sich \u2013 in reiner S\u00fcdlage \u2013 der historische Weinberg \u201eBrunate\u201c: ein Terroir f\u00fcr ikonische Weine mit ausgepr\u00e4gtem Charakter.<\/p>\n

  • Dichte rubinrote Farbe mit granatroten Reflexen. In der Nase entfaltet sich ein wahres Blumenfest, begleitet von \u00e4therischen Ankl\u00e4ngen in gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Jahrg\u00e4ngen oder einer ganzen Palette an Zitrusnoten in k\u00fchleren Jahren.<\/li>\n
  • In seiner Jugend pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Wein mit einer Frucht, die s\u00fc\u00df und unverf\u00e4lscht wirkt; das Tannin verleiht dem Schluck Struktur und Spannung, ohne dabei den Trinkfluss zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/li>\n
