Der Landwirtschaftsbetrieb Elvio Cogno produziert die gro\u00dfen Weine der Langhe und bearbeitet etwa 15 Hektar Weinberge im Eigenbesitz in der Ortschaft Novello, die zu den elf Gemeinden in der Provinz Cuneo geh\u00f6rt, wo der Anbau des Barolo DOCG gestattet ist.<\/em><\/p>\n

Es sind H\u00fcgel, die f\u00fcr ihre Geschichte, Kultur und Sch\u00f6nheit bekannt sind und vor kurzem auch von der UNESCO als Weltkulturerbe anerkannt wurden.<\/em><\/p>\n

In den Fu\u00dfstapfen des Gr\u00fcnders Elvio Cogno berufen sich Nadia Cogno und Valter Fissore in ihrer Arbeit auf die Erfahrungen von mehr als vier Winzergenerationen, die sich stets engagierten, exzellente Produkte zu schaffen, die ihren Ursprung in einem einzigartigen Terroir<\/b>\u00a0haben, das f\u00fcr die Eleganz, die Textur und die Ausgewogenheit seiner Weine in der ganzen Welt ber\u00fchmt ist.<\/p>\n

Mit vier Barolo-Typologien und elfeinhalb Hektar Weinbergen in der Lage Ravera ist Cogno das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Winzerunternehmen der Geografischen Zusatzbezeichnung (MeGA) \u201eRavera\u201c. Es handelt sich um die namhafteste Einzellage von Novello, die bekannt ist f\u00fcr die F\u00e4higkeit ihrer Weine, der Zeit zu widerstehen und dabei Duft und Frische unver\u00e4ndert zu bewahren.<\/p>\n

BAROLO CASCINA NUOVA<\/h2>\n

Der Barolo Cascina Nuova beweist, dass sich selbst aus j\u00fcngeren Rebanlagen ein hervorragender Barolo gewinnen l\u00e4sst \u2013 einer, der leichter zug\u00e4nglich und unmittelbarer ist und eine gro\u00dfe Anziehungskraft aus\u00fcbt. Man k\u00f6nnte ihn als einen \u201edidaktischen\u201c Barolo bezeichnen: Er richtet sich an ein breiteres Publikum, das sich dem Barolo zun\u00e4chst behutsam n\u00e4hern m\u00f6chte, um sp\u00e4ter zu komplexeren Weinen \u00fcberzugehen \u2013 ein idealer Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die eigene Entdeckungsreise in die Welt des Weins.<\/p>\n
