Das Unternehmen Cappellano <\/a>Dr. Giuseppe<\/h2>\n

Die Geschichte des Weinguts Cappellano <\/a>begann im Jahr 1870, als der Notar Filippo Cappellano, ein wohlhabender Grundbesitzer aus der Gegend von Alba, <\/p>\n

Er gr\u00fcndet das Weingut durch die Zusammenlegung eines Bestands von 60 Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n

Nach seinem Tod folgen ihm zun\u00e4chst sein Sohn Giovanni, ein \u00d6nologe, und anschlie\u00dfend Giuseppe, ein Apotheker, nach.<\/p>\n

Der Erste, ausgestattet mit gro\u00dfer Kompetenz und unternehmerischem Geist<\/p>\n

Ersterer erfindet zun\u00e4chst Traubengelees und dann den Barolo Chinato, der bis heute ein Monument der italienischen \u00d6nologie ist.<\/p>\n

Barolo Pie Franco Cappellano 2015<\/h3>\n

Cappellano Barolo Pie Franco 2015. Nach dem Tod von Giuseppe im Jahr 1955 wurde der gro\u00dfe Familienbesitz aufgeteilt und zerstreut. <\/p>\n

Erst Ende der 1960er Jahre kehrte Teobaldo Cappellano \u2013 in Eritrea geboren und aufgewachsen \u2013 nach Serralunga zur\u00fcck; mit Mut und unter erheblichen Opfern beschloss er, sich die Marke Cappellano wieder zu eigen zu machen und das Weingut neu aufzubauen, wobei ihm lediglich f\u00fcnf Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che zur Verf\u00fcgung standen.<\/p>\n

Als Anarchist, Tr\u00e4umer und Nonkonformist gelang es Teobaldo unter gro\u00dfen Opfern, den Ruf von Cappellano wiederherzustellen, wobei er auf Kleinserien und h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t setzte.<\/p>\n

Heute f\u00fchrt der Sohn Augusto \u2013 in f\u00fcnfter Generation der Familie \u2013 diese ruhmreiche Tradition fort: mit Leidenschaft, Fachkompetenz sowie Respekt vor der Familientradition und der Region.<\/p>\n

Barolo Pie Franco annata 2015<\/h3>\n

Eine H\u00e4resie, eine Herausforderung an die Gleichf\u00f6rmigkeit, eine R\u00fcckkehr zu den Urspr\u00fcngen.<\/p>\n

In der zweiten H\u00e4lfte der 1980er Jahre setzte Teobaldo Cappellano ein Vorhaben in die Tat um, das viele f\u00fcr Wahnsinn hielten: Er pflanzte im Weinberg Gabutti einige Rebzeilen der Sorte Nebbiolo Michet auf eigenen Wurzeln an \u2013 eine Anbaumethode, die vor der Verbreitung der amerikanischen Unterlagen infolge des Auftretens der Reblaus \u00fcblich gewesen war.<\/p>\n

In der zweiten H\u00e4lfte der 1980er Jahre pflanzte Teobaldo Cappellano im Weinberg Gabutti erstmals die Rebsorte Nebbiolo auf amerikanischen Unterlagen an \u2013 eine Ma\u00dfnahme, die aufgrund des Auftretens der Reblaus \u00fcblich geworden war. <\/p>\n

Viele wetteten auf das Scheitern dieses Versuchs, in der \u00dcberzeugung, dass die Reblaus die wurzelechten Reben schon bald befallen w\u00fcrde; doch jene Rebzeilen stehen noch immer da \u2013 unversehrt und gesund, stolz wie eine Hymne auf den Mut und die Utopie.<\/p>\n
