Im Jahre 1893 gegr\u00fcndet, z\u00e4hlt die Kellerei Terlan heute zu den f\u00fchrenden Winzergenossenschaften in S\u00fcdtirol. Ihr geh\u00f6ren aktuell 143 Mitglieder an, mit einer Anbaufl\u00e4che von 190 Hektar \u2013 dies entspricht einer abgef\u00fcllten Gesamtmenge von j\u00e4hrlich 1,5 Millionen Flaschen. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mitgliedern verfolgen wir seit vielen Jahren einen strengen Qualit\u00e4tskurs, der uns Renommee und Anerkennung vom italienischen und internationalen Weinmarkt eingebracht hat. Die Kellerei Terlan ist somit trotz ihrer \u00fcberschaubaren Gr\u00f6\u00dfe zu einer festen Institution in der Fachwelt avanciert.<\/p>\n

Chardonnay Tradition<\/h2>\n

Sortentypische Jahrgangsweine aus den traditionellen S\u00fcdtiroler Rebsorten mit vielschichtiger Aromatik, Struktur, Komplexit\u00e4t und Dichte.<\/p>\n

„Die internationale Rebsorte Chardonnay ist aus Terlans Weinbergen nicht mehr wegzudenken und beschert uns nicht nur in unserer Cuv\u00e9e sondern auch sortenrein vinifiziert allj\u00e4hrlich frische Weine mit einer sehr interessanten tropischen Fruchtkomponente, die \u00e4u\u00dferst vielf\u00e4ltig kombiniert werden k\u00f6nnen.“

Lese und Traubenselektion per Hand; sanfte Pressung und Kl\u00e4rung des Mostes durch nat\u00fcrliche Sedimentation von den Trubstoffen; langsame G\u00e4rung bei kontrollierter Temperatur im Edelstahlbeh\u00e4lter; Lagerung und Reife f\u00fcr 6 – 7 Monate auf der Feinhefe im Stahltank.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Jahrgang 2025<\/h3>\n

Das Weinbaujahr 2025 war von einem milden Fr\u00fchjahr und entsprechend einer fr\u00fchen Bl\u00fcte gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n

Dank der warmen und trockenen Bedingungen verlief die Bl\u00fcte sehr z\u00fcgig, auch in mittleren und h\u00f6heren Lagen. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer insgesamt sehr kompakten Ernte.<\/p>\n

Ein sonniger Juni sowie ein etwas k\u00fchlerer Juli mit gut verteilten Niederschl\u00e4gen sorgten f\u00fcr eine optimale Wasserversorgung der Reben. Diese Voraussetzungen waren entscheidend f\u00fcr frische, strukturierte Wei\u00dfweine mit einer belebenden S\u00e4urestruktur. Eine trockene Hitzeperiode Anfang August brachte zus\u00e4tzliche Konzentration und Aromendichte \u2013 ein Faktor, der sich ebenso positiv auf die Rotweine auswirkte.<\/p>\n

Die Lese begann Ende August und stellte sich als vielversprechender Auftakt dar. Feuchtere Bedingungen im September erschwerten den weiteren Verlauf der Ernte zwar etwas, dennoch konnten dank vermehrter Handarbeit, Geduld und pr\u00e4zisem Timing Trauben von sehr guter Qualit\u00e4t eingebracht werden.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt zeichnet sich ein spannender Jahrgang ab.<\/p>\n

Bei den Wei\u00dfweinen pr\u00e4sentieren sich insbesondere Sauvignon Blanc und Chardonnay besonders vielversprechend. Sie \u00fcberzeugen durch Frische, Komplexit\u00e4t und aromatische Eleganz.<\/p>\n

  • Farbe:<\/strong> Helles, funkelndes strohgelb.<\/li>\n
  • Geruch: <\/strong>Der Duft dieses Chardonnay setzt exotisch fruchtige Geruchsempfindungen frei, mit Ankl\u00e4ngen an Banane, Quitte, Passionsfrucht, Mango und Zuckemelone. Aber auch ein Hauch von Zitronenmelisse kennzeichnet diesen Wei\u00dfwein.<\/li>\n
  • Geschmack:<\/strong> Durch einen Hauch von Birne wirkt der Chardonnay am Gaumen weich und harmonisch gepaart mit leicht s\u00fc\u00dflichen exotischen Fruchtkomponenten. Die leicht salzige wirkende mineralische Note macht diesen Wein sehr geschmeidig und verleiht ihm ein interessantes Volumen.<\/li>\n
