S\u00fcdost-Exposition in der Gemeinde Castiglione Falletto auf kalkhaltigen Tonmergelb\u00f6den, die typisch f\u00fcr die Langhe sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Im Keller:<\/h3>\n<p>Kaltmazeration vor der G\u00e4rung. Alkoholische G\u00e4rung f\u00fcr etwa zwei Wochen in offenen Edelstahltanks, mit mechanischem Untersto\u00dfen, D\u00e9lestage und mehrmaligem Umpumpen. Nach der alkoholischen G\u00e4rung erfolgt eine Mazeration auf den Schalen, anschlie\u00dfend wird der Wein abgezogen und f\u00fcr die malolaktische G\u00e4rung in Barriques umgef\u00fcllt. Es folgt ein Ausbau von etwa 18 Monaten in Barriques, gro\u00dfen Holzf\u00e4ssern und Edelstahl. Bio-zertifiziert.<\/p>\n<h3>Verkostung:<\/h3>\n<p>Rubinrote Farbe, in der Nase intensive Aromen von roten und schwarzen Kirschen, Vanille und Gew\u00fcrzen. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine gute S\u00e4ure, vollen K\u00f6rper und einen langanhaltenden Abgang. Servieren bei 16\u201319 \u00b0C zu Agnolotti del Plin mit Bratensauce, Schmorgerichten oder gereiftem K\u00e4se.<\/p>\n<h2>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vietti.com\/\">Weingut<\/a><\/h2>\n<div class=\"desk__w\">\n<div class=\"sectionHeader\">\n<p class=\"sectionHeader__subtitle\">Winzer seit vier Generationen \u2013 Carlo Vietti gr\u00fcndete das Weingut Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts in der Gemeinde Castiglione Falletto in den Langhe. Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts begann sein Sohn Mario mit dem Verkauf der Barolo, die sie zu produzieren begonnen hatten. Ab den 1960er Jahren f\u00fchrte die Tochter Lucia zusammen mit ihrem Mann, dem \u00d6nologen Alfredo Currado, die Arbeit des Weinguts Vietti fort. Alfredo war der Erste, der die einzelnen Weinberge separat vinifizierte. In einer Zeit wie den 1960er Jahren wurde Barolo n\u00e4mlich nicht als Wein aus einzelnen &#8222;Crus&#8220; konzipiert, sondern entstand aus der Vinifikation aller Weinberge zusammen.
