Das Weingut Serafino Rivella<\/strong>, heute von Teobaldo Rivella gef\u00fchrt, liegt auf dem Gipfel des H\u00fcgels Montestefano in der Gemeinde Barbaresco. Seit 1967 erzeugt Teobaldo authentische Weine im Einklang mit der Natur nach der Philosophie des biologischen Weinbaus ohne chemische Eingriffe im Weinberg. Sein Barbaresco Montestefano<\/strong> gilt als einer der besten der Appellation, ein absolutes Muss f\u00fcr jeden Liebhaber gro\u00dfer Weine.<\/p>\n

Geschichte, Leidenschaft und Bescheidenheit, Teobaldo und Maria Rivella<\/strong> sind ein Vorbild f\u00fcr alle Winzer der Langhe, jung wie alt, und ihr Barbaresco Montestefano ein Paradebeispiel f\u00fcr Eleganz in dieser Appellation.<\/p>\n

Serafino Rivella ist Teobaldos Gro\u00dfvater, einer der ersten, der hier in Montestefano, einer kleinen Cru-Lage von Barbaresco<\/strong>, Reben pflanzte und kultivierte. „Ich bewirtschafte die Weinberge, die mir mein Vater hinterlassen hat; er produzierte und verkaufte den Wein lose an andere, mein Gro\u00dfvater Serafino tat dasselbe vor ihm. Im Keller einige Edelstahltanks f\u00fcr die Mostg\u00e4rung und eine Handvoll gro\u00dfer Eichenf\u00e4sser, in denen der Barbaresco reift. Wir erzeugen etwas mehr als 8000 Flaschen Barbaresco<\/strong>, die ausschlie\u00dflich aus der Cru-Lage Montestefano stammen“.<\/p>\n

BARBARESCO MONTESTEFANO Rivella Serafino 2022. Der Barbaresco Montestefano<\/strong> von Serafino Rivella<\/strong> ist ein edler piemontesischer Wein, der nach traditionellen Methoden erzeugt wird, die Teobaldo Rivella, der heutige Eigent\u00fcmer des Weinguts, von seinem Gro\u00dfvater Serafino gelernt hat. Er und seine Frau sind die einzigen, die sich um die Arbeiten im Weinberg und die Vinifikation dieses gro\u00dfen Naturweins k\u00fcmmern. Das Weingut liegt auf dem Gipfel der gleichnamigen Cru-Lage Montestefano in der Gemeinde Barbaresco, einem sehr steilen, fast kreisf\u00f6rmigen H\u00fcgel mit \u00fcberwiegend s\u00fcdlicher Ausrichtung.<\/p>\n

Der Barbaresco Montestefano entsteht aus reinen Nebbiolo-Trauben von den zwei Hektar, die Teobaldo Rivella<\/strong> in der gleichnamigen Cru-Lage Montestefano besitzt. Im Weinberg erfolgen alle Arbeiten von Hand, es werden keine Pestizide, Herbizide oder Fungizide verwendet, nur nat\u00fcrliche Elemente wie Kupfer und Schwefel. Der Wein entsteht nach traditioneller Art, vier Wochen Mazeration und spontane G\u00e4rung, gefolgt von 2 Jahren Reifung in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche und einem weiteren Jahr in der Flasche.<\/p>\n

Der Barbaresco Montestefano 2021 Serafino Rivella<\/strong> pr\u00e4sentiert sich im Glas in einem sch\u00f6nen dunklen Granatrot, in der Nase ist er intensiv und sehr komplex mit den typischen Aromen des Nebbiolo: kleine rote Fr\u00fcchte, Gew\u00fcrze, Veilchen, Tabak und Leder. Am Gaumen ist es ein Barbaresco, der die Tradition respektiert, streng und tiefgr\u00fcndig, mit ausgewogenen und gut integrierten Tanninen, langem Abgang mit guter Mineralit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Zweifellos ist der Barbaresco Montestefano in der Interpretation von Teobaldo Rivella eine der besten Ausdrucksformen dieses gro\u00dfen piemontesischen Rotweins, erzeugt mit nat\u00fcrlichen Methoden, wie es die Tradition der Langhe verlangt.<\/p>\n
