Einst im Besitz der Adelsfamilie Falletti, geh\u00f6rt es heute Giovanni Cordero di Montezemolo und seiner Familie.<\/p>\n

Die Kellerei befindet sich in der fabelhaften Region Langhe, im Herzen des Barolo-Gebiets, das f\u00fcr die Erzeugung jener Weine bekannt ist, die das Piemont weltweit ber\u00fchmt gemacht haben.<\/p>\n

Die kontinuierliche Forschung und das Experimentieren mit modernen Weinbereitungstechniken sowie der Respekt vor der Umwelt und der Artenvielfalt der Region sind die Werte, die diesen Betrieb best\u00e4ndig leiten.<\/p>\n

Die Weine von Cordero di Montezemolo wurden im Laufe der Jahre in die ganze Welt exportiert und gesch\u00e4tzt. Sie repr\u00e4sentieren perfekt die Realit\u00e4t des Barolo-Gebiets.<\/p>\n

BAROLO MONFALLETTO<\/a> BIOLOGISCH 2022<\/h2>\n

Der gro\u00dfe Wein, den viele als Kunstwerk bezeichnen, ist dennoch ein Werk der Natur, ein Werk der Sonne, des Klimas und des Bodens.<\/p>\n

Mit diesen Worten lie\u00dfe sich die vollst\u00e4ndige Definition des Barolo geben \u2013 ein einzigartiger und unnachahmlicher Wein, der in den Langhe sein ideales Terroir findet.<\/p>\n

Ein wahres Juwel, das Kraft und Anmut zugleich vereint, mit exquisiten und komplexen geschmacklich-olfaktorischen Empfindungen, die wahrhaft einzigartig sind.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Sensorische Noten und Infos \u2013<\/h3>\n

Vinifikation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jeder Weinberg mit einheitlichen Merkmalen (Lage, Alter, Boden, Pflanzabstand, Klone \u2026) wird separat geerntet und vinifiziert.
\nDie gesamte Mazeration von 4 bis 5 Tagen erfolgt in Edelstahltanks, ebenso wie der Abschluss der G\u00e4rung f\u00fcr die folgenden 10 bis 12 Tage. Der Wein wird dann in F\u00e4sser verschiedener Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Art umgef\u00fcllt, wo die malolaktische G\u00e4rung stattfindet.<\/p>\n

Ausbau<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alle verschiedenen Partien durchlaufen eine Ausbauzeit in verschiedenen Holzarten, franz\u00f6sischer Eiche und slawonischer Eiche, f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum zwischen 18 und 24 Monaten, wonach die endg\u00fcltige Assemblage und die Abf\u00fcllung erfolgen. Nach einem Jahr sind die Flaschen bereit f\u00fcr den Verkauf.<\/p>\n

Organoleptische Eigenschaften<\/strong><\/p>\n

Intensives Granatrot; in der Nase zeigen sich perfekt vermischte florale und w\u00fcrzige Noten: Tabak, in Alkohol eingelegte Kirschen, Kakao und frische Himbeeren treten hervor; am Gaumen pr\u00e4sentiert er sich reichhaltig, vollmundig und elegant.<\/p>\n

Ein langlebiger Wein, der langsam und stetig in der Flasche reift.
