Das Weingut von Giuseppe Cortese befindet sich in der Strada Rabaj\u00e0 in Barbaresco, einem Dorf im Herzen der Langhe<\/strong>, auf der Kuppe eines sanften H\u00fcgels, an dessen Fu\u00df der Fluss Tanaro flie\u00dft. Die Familie Cortese, die diese Weinberge seit drei Generationen bewirtschaftet, besitzt acht Hektar Rebfl\u00e4che mitten in Rabaj\u00e0, einer der besten Lagen f\u00fcr die Produktion von Barbaresco<\/strong>, dank der g\u00fcnstigen S\u00fcdwest-Exposition, der 40 Jahre alten Reben und einer perfekten Drainage.<\/p>\n

Das Weingut Cortese beweist seit jeher eine gro\u00dfe Liebe und eine starke Verbundenheit zu seinem Land, dem es aufmerksame Pflege und Respekt widmet. In seinen Weinbergen verzichtet das Weingut Cortese auf chemische Herbizide oder invasive Behandlungen<\/strong>. Vor kurzem haben Pier Carlo und Tiziana, die Kinder von Giuseppe, den alten Keller renoviert. In den weitl\u00e4ufigen, vollst\u00e4ndig unterirdischen R\u00e4umen ruht der Wein nun in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer oder franz\u00f6sischer Eiche sowie in Barriques (30 % neu) und findet dort die ideale Feuchtigkeit und Temperatur f\u00fcr eine optimale Reifung, die ihm die typischen Merkmale gro\u00dfer Komplexit\u00e4t und Eleganz verleiht.<\/p>\n

BARBARESCO<\/a><\/h2>\n

GIUSEPPE CORTESE Barbaresco 2021. Dieser Barbaresco entstand aus der Idee, die Weinberge von Rabaj\u00e0 optimal zu nutzen: Je nach Witterungsverlauf der einzelnen Jahrg\u00e4nge bringen jene Parzellen, die nicht f\u00fcr das Spitzenetikett verwendet werden, dennoch einen BARBARESCO hervor, der die Appellation voll widerspiegelt: Frische, Mineralit\u00e4t, Komplexit\u00e4t und exzellenter Trinkfluss.<\/p>\n

Ausbau<\/h2>\n

Etwa 18\u201322 Monate in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche, gefolgt von mindestens 10 Monaten Flaschenreife. Diese Methode betont die Reinheit der Frucht und die Eleganz.<\/p>\n
