Das Weingut Sottimano hat stets die gute Landwirtschaft in den Mittelpunkt seines modus operandi<\/em> gestellt. Seit mehreren Jahren hat es den Kreis mit immer reineren und authentischeren Weinen geschlossen, w\u00fcrdige Botschafter eines besonderen Terroirs.<\/p>\n

Andrea Sottimano hat von seinem Vater Rino, der stets unerm\u00fcdlich in den Rebzeilen arbeitete, eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche landwirtschaftliche Sensibilit\u00e4t geerbt. Hinter den Kulissen, aber ebenso grundlegend, die akribische Arbeit von Elena und Claudia, Andreas Schwestern. Rino ist nie in die Falle der falschen Versprechen der Pflanzenschutzindustrie getappt: Hier wurde stets hart mit Kupfer, Schwefel, Hacke und viel Schwei\u00df gearbeitet. Heute gibt es gl\u00fccklicherweise weniger anstrengende und immer weniger belastende L\u00f6sungen, die Andrea weiterhin erforscht und anwendet \u2013 die beste M\u00f6glichkeit, ein wirklich herausragendes und vielf\u00e4ltiges Cru-Erbe zu w\u00fcrdigen und zu bewahren.<\/p>\n

BARBARESCO<\/a> BASARIN<\/h2>\n

Der Barbaresco Basarin zeichnet sich durch balsamische Kr\u00e4uter und Gew\u00fcrze aus. Am Gaumen nimmt man eine Note von Wildfr\u00fcchten zusammen mit einer intensiven floralen Textur wahr; die langen und samtigen Tannine begleiten eine w\u00fcrzige Note. Dieser Wein aus der renommierten Cru-Lage Basarin ist eine Ode an die Nebbiolo-Traube, die auf Lehm- und Kalkb\u00f6den w\u00e4chst, was dem Wein bereits in seinem jungen Jahrgang eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Komplexit\u00e4t verleiht.<\/p>\n

Optisch pr\u00e4sentiert er sich in einem intensiven Granatrot, aus dem ein reiches und umh\u00fcllendes aromatisches Bouquet hervorgeht. In der Nase folgen Noten von reifen roten Fr\u00fcchten wie Pflaumen und Kirschen, begleitet von floralen D\u00fcften von Veilchen und eleganten w\u00fcrzigen Noten von schwarzem Pfeffer und Leder. Im Mund zeigt der Barbaresco Basarin ein gut strukturiertes, aber geschmeidiges Tannin, das zu einem langen Schluck einl\u00e4dt.
