WEINBERG MARTINENGA<\/h2>\n

Martinenga ist zweifellos der wichtigste Weinberg. Er ist der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens.<\/p>\n

Er umfasst zw\u00f6lf Hektar, die sich in einem pr\u00e4chtigen nat\u00fcrlichen Amphitheater erstrecken. Im S\u00fcden \u00fcberblickt er die H\u00fcgel von Barbaresco und im Westen den Fluss Tanaro. Die perfekte Ausrichtung, das komplexe Mikroklima und die einzigartige Bodenbeschaffenheit \u2013 reich an Tuffstein und blauem Mergel aus der Langhe \u2013 verleihen den hier erzeugten Weinen unvergleichliche Harmonie und Eleganz, selbst in den schwierigsten Jahrg\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n

Wir befinden uns im Herzen des DOCG-Anbaugebiets Barbaresco. Martinenga repr\u00e4sentiert die wichtigste und anerkannteste MeGA (Zus\u00e4tzliche Geografische Bezeichnung).<\/p>\n

Ein Weinberg, drei Ausdrucksformen des Barbaresco.<\/h3>\n

Das Terroir von Martinenga ist au\u00dferordentlich facettenreich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus besitzt die Nebbiolo-Traube die F\u00e4higkeit, den Boden, in dem sie w\u00e4chst, pr\u00e4zise zu \u201elesen\u201c. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die nat\u00fcrliche Vielfalt unseres geschwungenen Weinbergs bewusst genutzt. Tats\u00e4chlich wurden zwei weitere Selektionen innerhalb des Amphitheaters identifiziert: Gaiun und Camp Gros. Sie bringen an gegen\u00fcberliegenden Enden des Amphitheaters die feinsten Auspr\u00e4gungen von Martinenga hervor.
\nDie gesamte Barbaresco DOCG-Produktion, die unter dem Namen \u201eMartinenga\u201c vermarktet wird, befindet sich seit 1797 im exklusiven Besitz der Familie und stellt heute das einzige Weinbaumonopol in der gesamten Region dar.

BARBARESCO RISERVA CAMP GROS MARTINENGA<\/h2>\n

Unser Flaggschiffwein wird seit 1978 nur in den besten Jahrg\u00e4ngen produziert und ist eine Selektion aus einem kleinen Teil des Martinenga-Weinbergs bei Rabaj\u00e0.
\nHier finden wir die beste Ausrichtung, das beste Mikroklima und den besten Boden \u2013 entscheidende Faktoren, die sich im Wein widerspiegeln und uns ein Produkt bescheren, das alle Merkmale eines gro\u00dfen Barbaresco verk\u00f6rpert und h\u00f6chste Komplexit\u00e4t und Harmonie verk\u00f6rpert.<\/p>\n

Dieser Wein besitzt gro\u00dfes Entwicklungspotenzial und harmoniert hervorragend mit Wildgerichten, aber auch mit kr\u00e4ftigen Hauptspeisen und gereiftem K\u00e4se.<\/p>\n

Weinbereitung und Ausbau<\/h3>\n

Rotweinbereitung mit acht bis zehn Tagen Maischeg\u00e4rung bei kontrollierter Temperatur, gefolgt von zwanzig bis drei\u00dfig Tagen unter dem Tresterhut. Nach der alkoholischen G\u00e4rung erfolgt die malolaktische G\u00e4rung. Ausbau in franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern f\u00fcr zw\u00f6lf Monate und anschlie\u00dfend in slawonischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern f\u00fcr weitere sechzehn Monate. Flaschenreifung vor dem Verkauf.<\/p>\n

Sensorische Analyse<\/h3>\n

Farbe: Intensives Granatrot, lebendig und brillant mit orangen Reflexen.
\nDuft: Intensive Noten von Veilchen und Rosenbl\u00e4ttern begleiten Ankl\u00e4nge von Konfit\u00fcre, Heu und Nuancen von s\u00fc\u00dfem Tabak und Lakritz.
\nGeschmack: Vollmundig, harmonisch und samtig; er offenbart intensive balsamische Noten und einen langen, anhaltenden Abgang.<\/p>\n
