Maison MALINGRE TRUCHON<\/h2>\n

Das Weingut Malingre Truchon ist ein familiengef\u00fchrtes Anwesen im Herzen des Massif de Saint-Thierry, nahe Reims.<\/p>\n

Prouilly<\/a> ist ein Dorf im D\u00e9partement Marne, 13 km nordwestlich von Reims. Es z\u00e4hlt 560 Einwohner, die als „Prouillousiens“ bekannt sind. Trotz der geringen Einwohnerzahl gibt es nicht weniger als 50 Winzer, die 130 Hektar Weinberge bewirtschaften! <\/p>\n

Als Land der Invasionen und Migrationen haben Generationen von Winzern eine einzigartige Alchemie zwischen Boden, Klima, Rebsorten und einem h\u00f6chst originellen Vinifikationsprozess geschaffen und so nach Jahrhunderten der Forschung den Champagner<\/a> erhalten.<\/p>\n

Ihrerseits f\u00fchren Agn\u00e8s und Etienne Malingre diese Tradition fort, um diesen prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Wein direkt aus ihrem Haus anzubieten.<\/p>\n

Die Familie ist seit fast 400 Jahren in Prouilly ans\u00e4ssig. Claude Malingre, geboren 1633, war Landwirt und Winzer. <\/p>\n

Lange Zeit produzierten die eigenen Weinberge einen leichten Rotwein, der in den Norden und nach Flandern exportiert wurde. 1860 bewirtschaftete Gabriel Malingre 2 Hektar Weinberge in ungeordnetem und uneinheitlichem Stil. <\/p>\n

Leider dezimierten die Reblaus, der Mehltau, die Konkurrenz der Weine aus S\u00fcdfrankreich, dann der Erste Weltkrieg und die Krise der 30er Jahre die Weinproduktion.<\/p>\n

1960 begann Jacques Malingre, Etiennes Vater, mit der Champagnerproduktion. Heute werden 6 Hektar Weinberge in 32 Parzellen unter gr\u00f6\u00dfter Achtung von Boden und Umwelt bewirtschaftet. <\/p>\n

Malingre Truchon Millesime Champagne 2018<\/a><\/h2>\n

Dieser Jahrgangs-Champagne 2018 zeichnet sich durch Kraft und perfekte Balance aus. Geduldig 6 Jahre im Keller gereift, entwickelt er Aromen reifer Fr\u00fcchte und Noten, die an Patisserie erinnern. <\/p>\n

Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige und harmonische Assemblage der drei typisch franz\u00f6sischen Rebsorten, alle aus der Lese 2018.<\/p>\n

Die alkoholische G\u00e4rung erfolgt in Edelstahl. Die Vinifikation wird unter Verwendung der malolaktischen G\u00e4rung durchgef\u00fchrt. Auf der Feinhefe in Edelstahltanks ausgebaut. <\/p>\n
