Dies erm\u00f6glicht es uns, unseren Wein vor der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Reifezeit zu verkaufen und die Qualit\u00e4t des Barbaresco so hoch wie m\u00f6glich zu halten.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Geschichte<\/h2>\n<p>Bereits Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts war bekannt, dass der Nebbiolo in der Zone von Barbaresco ganz andere Eigenschaften aufwies als in anderen Gebieten des Piemonts.<\/p>\n<p>Aus diesem Grund beschloss der damalige Direktor der k\u00f6niglichen Weinbauschule von Alba, Domizio Cavazza, der in Barbaresco ans\u00e4ssig war, einige Winzer und Erzeuger zusammenzubringen, um eine Genossenschaftskellerei zu gr\u00fcnden, die einen eigenst\u00e4ndigen Wein produzieren konnte, da die Nebbiolo-Trauben jener Gegend damals begannen, in die sp\u00e4tere Barolo-Appellation einzuflie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Es war genau das Jahr 1894, als die \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.produttoridelbarbaresco.com\/\">Cantine Sociali di Barbaresco<\/a>\u201c zur \u201eErzeugung von Luxus- und Tafelweinen\u201c gegr\u00fcndet wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die anfangs aus neun Winzern bestehende Genossenschaft begann mit der Vinifizierung in den Kellern des Weinguts von Direktor Domizio Cavazza, der im Einvernehmen mit den anderen Mitgliedern beschloss, dem Wein den Namen des Ortes zu geben: Barbaresco.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kellerei blieb bis zum Tod des Direktors im Jahr 1913 unter der Leitung von Cavazza.<\/p>\n<p>Seitdem ist die \u201eProduttori del Barbaresco\u201c \u00e4u\u00dferst erfolgreich; sie z\u00e4hlt heute \u00fcber f\u00fcnfzig Mitgliedswinzer und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber rund einhundert Hektar Weinberge, die ausschlie\u00dflich mit Nebbiolo bepflanzt sind, was etwa 1\/6 des gesamten Herkunftsgebiets entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn es darum geht, eine Genossenschaftskellerei zu nennen, die durch Quantit\u00e4t, Qualit\u00e4t und erschwingliche Preise \u00fcberzeugt, f\u00e4llt immer der Name Produttori del Barbaresco.<\/p>\n<p>Voller K\u00f6rper, intensive Noten von reifen roten Fr\u00fcchten, wei\u00dfem Pfeffer, Anis.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/fonsvinum.com\/?s=annata+2023&amp;post_type=product\">Jahrgang 2024<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rebsorte:<\/strong> 100 % Nebbiolo<br \/>\n<strong>Weinberg:<\/strong> verschiedene Weinberge im Herkunftsgebiet<br \/>\n<strong>Fl\u00e4che:<\/strong> Trauben von jungen Reben, selektiert aus den 100 Hektar Eigenbesitz<br \/>\n<strong>Lage:<\/strong> S\u00fcd, West, Ost<br \/>\n<strong>Boden:<\/strong> lehmig-tonig, kalkhaltig<br \/>\n<strong>Vinifizierung:<\/strong> G\u00e4rung im Edelstahltank bei 28 \u00b0C, 20 Tage auf den Schalen, 2-mal t\u00e4glich Umpumpen, abgeschlossene malolaktische G\u00e4rung<br \/>\n<strong>Ausbau:<\/strong> 5 Monate in gro\u00dfen Eichenf\u00e4ssern<br \/>\n<strong>Produktion:<\/strong> ca. 140.000 Flaschen<br \/>\n<strong>Jahrgangscharakter:<\/strong> mittlerer K\u00f6rper, intensive Noten von roten Fr\u00fcchten, wei\u00dfem Pfeffer, Anis, getragen von einer guten S\u00e4ure<br \/>\n<strong>Weinbergscharakter:<\/strong> verschiedene Weinberge im Herkunftsgebiet<br \/>\n<strong>Lagerf\u00e4higkeit:<\/strong> 5\u20138 Jahre ab der Ernte<br \/>\n<strong>Weinbergsbesitzer:<\/strong> 54 Mitgliedswinzer<br \/>\n<strong>Speiseempfehlungen:<\/strong> Vorspeisen mit Fleisch und Gem\u00fcse, auch pikante Pasta, helles und dunkles Fleisch<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Langhe Nebbiolo PRODUTTORI DEL BARBARESCO 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo PRODUTTORI DEL BARBARESCO 2024 Dieser Wein wird jedes Jahr erzeugt und macht je nach Qualit\u00e4tsverlauf der Ernte 10 bis 30 % der Gesamtproduktion aus (die beste Ernte ergibt die geringste Menge an produziertem Nebbiolo).
