Das Weingut Zenato z\u00e4hlt zu den f\u00fchrenden Weing\u00fctern der Region Gardasee und Valpolicella: Auf 70 Hektar, verteilt auf die renommiertesten Weinbaugebiete Venetiens, produziert Zenato Weine von wahrhaft einzigartiger Qualit\u00e4t. Das traditionsreiche Weingut wurde 1960 von Sergio Zenato mit viel Leidenschaft und Tatkraft gegr\u00fcndet und wird heute, mit starkem Bewusstsein f\u00fcr famili\u00e4re Kontinuit\u00e4t und regionale Verbundenheit, von seinen S\u00f6hnen Alberto und Nadio, unterst\u00fctzt von ihrer Mutter Carla, gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Die Mission des Weinguts Zenato war und ist die Herstellung hochwertiger Weine. Dies wird durch die Wertsch\u00e4tzung einheimischer Rebsorten, die Bewahrung der Tradition und den Einsatz moderner Weinbautechniken erreicht. Die Weinberge und die Produktion des Weinguts verteilen sich zu gleichen Teilen auf die alten Mor\u00e4nengebiete von Lugana und Valpolicella, wo die Familie Zenato Mitglied der Vereinigung \u201eFamiglie dell’Amarone d’Arte\u201c ist. Der Weinkeller in Peschiera del Garda beherbergt \u00fcber tausend Barriques und Dutzende gro\u00dfe Eichenf\u00e4sser.<\/p>\n

Heute bietet Zenato eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an Weinen, darunter den Amarone Classico und den Amarone Riserva \u201eSergio Zenato\u201c, ein Wein, der ein majest\u00e4tisches und prachtvolles Denkmal f\u00fcr seinen Gr\u00fcnder darstellt.<\/p>\n

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA<\/h3>\n

Ein kostbares Juwel in Zenatos Krone; er wird aus einer Auswahl feinster Valpolicella Classica-Trauben (Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta und Croatina) hergestellt, die in Weinbergen der Gemeinde Sant\u2019Ambrogio wachsen.<\/p>\n

Die Trauben werden vier Monate lang getrocknet, und die Pressung beginnt im Januar. Darauf folgt eine langsame Maischeg\u00e4rung und anschlie\u00dfend eine 36-monatige Reifung in gro\u00dfen F\u00e4ssern aus slawonischer Eiche.<\/p>\n

Nach einer Flaschenreife ist der Wein trinkfertig.<\/p>\n

Ein majest\u00e4tischer, intensiver und \u00e4therischer Wein mit Noten von Lorbeer und in Alkohol konservierten Kirschen.<\/p>\n

Die perfekte Balance aller Komponenten macht ihn f\u00fcr eine lange Lagerung geeignet.<\/p>\n
